After i system reboot my tablet the screen is not working anymore

The screen could be bad. i broke mine and just used a mouse and keyboard with it, till i can get a new screen

How do I factory reset the trio stealth g4 10.1 tablet
  1. Make sure the tablet is powered off and charged.
  2. Hold down the volume [+] button and the power button at the same time.
  3. When the screen comes on, let go of the power button only.

there is one option that you have tak back-up your data then run recovery disk that is only solution becoz touch screen and finger print software is realy delicate things dont try to paly with if don't have to downlod drivers from the HP site
