My lg ht805th will not turn on

There are a few possible reasons why your LG Env3 is only displaying the Verizon logo:

1. The phone is stuck in a boot loop: This can happen if the phone's software becomes corrupt, causing the phone to continuously reboot and display the Verizon logo.
2. The phone is stuck in a firmware update: If the phone was in the middle of a firmware update and the update failed, it may be stuck in a loop and only display the Verizon logo.

Have you tried to update the firmware on your LG? I know there has been issues recently with LG brands not being updated and in turn, not recognizing it.

To update the firmware on your LG Smart TV:

1. Press the Settings button on your remote.
2. Go toSupport > Software Update > Check update version.
3. When the latest version is found, select Update.

Your TV will restart once the update is complete.

If the problem only happens upon update, it could be a software issue. However if it happens all the time regardless..
It's most likely a short between the start-up processor signal on the interface board and power supply or 1 of the 2 bad themselves.
You would need to pull out the board, identify those parts, and check continuity in the path. I wasn't able to find a circuit diagram online to tell you the exact location,.
If it's under warranty your best bet is to have it serviced and recommend that fix.
If many others are having the same issue the software is likely the cause and hardware with the opposite.

I had the same problem, and I ended up calling the LG service center 1-800-243-0000 and they told me I needed an update that for some reason was not coming up when trying to complete the updates on the player. It was not available so they are going to send it to me in the mail.

1.try making sure the battery always makes contact all the time(if not contact - add some paper for example)
2.the battery should have over 2 lines... (i guess you have charged it many many times)
3.try to update your firmware (software version) from www.lg.com - it should take about 30-60 mins
4. if nothing works, go to a professional service or something like this

This seems to be a firmware issue. Call the manufacturer and they may be able to point you to a site that you can do a firmware update or this may be a defective motherboard.

Scroll down the list there are about 5 updates, not sure which one is the most recent though, there are instruction on the page on how to update

some monitors blinks when you have a start up. this usually happens on an outdated video cards. so if it works fine then its ok then. but try checking if you have the latest update for your video card. this happens on an outdated nvidia geforce 7300 go on a laptop runing on windows vista 32 bit. once i updated the videocard, it doesnt blink anymore at start ups.

I download the update on a usb key and now I put it in my blu-ray player nothing happen???

This is called "restarting". The mobile when restarting turns off and turns back on just as it happens to our PC when we restart it. This may happen at times when the OS of the mobile has encountered a problem or if there is some updates to any software in the mobile.
