Won't turn on, no lights, power from cord is good 120vac
Sounds like the power supply board is dead. Probably has a blown power line fuse on the board. A power surge will sometimes blow the fuse and protect the board from damage. Replacing the fuse will restore the TV if this is the case. Most times though, the supply has a blown part that causes the fuse to blow and your only option then is to replace the board.
1- Double check the power cord: make sure the power cord securely connected to both gotgo devices and power outlets. You can try different power outlets to rule out any issues with the current one.
It could be the power board however it also could be the main board, do you have a multimeter and can get some voltage readings? This will be the only way to avoid buying the wrong board.
One reason could be that the power cord is not correctly plugged into the PC or the outlet. Another possibility is that the PC's power supply has failed. Sometimes, the PC won't turn on, but it is plugged in because of a virus or malware infection
