Check ebay. Sometimes they have glass covers for some models.

I'm sure there is if you called the manufacturer.
Look them up on the computer, they sjould have a customer service you can order from. good luck, ned

the only other thing is if the hardware stores don't have thepart if your still under warranty you can call the manufacturer and they will replace the lid foryou.... the handle is hard to find. i use to work for the company they are hard to find. especially for a 38601. if you have any problems finding it please let me know and i;ll see what i can.

For what it's worth, when the handle on my mother-in-law's crockpot broke, I went to Home Depot and bought a cheap wooden drawer knob (about $1 as I recall). I put a plastic washer between the knob and the glass and another under the screw head from the bottom (to prevent cracking the lid), tightened the screw and good as new.

Where can I get a new black handle for the lid that broke at the screw.

You can check with the manufacturer. They should have replacement parts available. You can also search the web, Ebay and Amazon. I found handles for my crock pot lids from a company on the web. You can also try a home improvement store. I know they carry knobs for all sorts of appliances.

take it back to any store for replacement if it was a gift. Or mail it to the main office of manufactuer>>> in at the instruction in the box .

My black handle broke off, too. I went to the hobby store and got a wood ball not too big and drilled a hole in it the same diameter as the screw that held in the original handle. Voila, I now have a wood ball knob handle on my crock pot lid. You just install it and cscrew it on just like you do a new knob on a kitchen cabinet.
