Pitch Wheel I can't figure out how to change my pitch wheel settings in combination mode. I want to have it go a FULL OCTAVE up and down, but I've studied the manual and can't figure out how to do it.

The US600 stomp box offers 5 totally unique Modes: Tremolo Bar, Flutter, Detune, Harmonist and Pitch Shifter. Pitch Shift and Tremolo Bar pitch can be shifted ...
Use the factory reset
Hold down highest white key whilst turning on
This should return to factory settings - pitch should now be back at A440
If you need to adjust then see page 19 of the user manual where it explains fine tuning.
By ading in the harmony signals you are combining 3 signals so gain is probably going to be high you will have to reduce it before it goes to the amp or turn down the input gain of the amp.
NEVER use a pedal in the external effects loop of an amp as the levels are wrong.
That is NOT a very descriptive problem statement... If all notes are off pitch but the bender still varies the tone, read about "transpose" in your user manual. Often the transpose or even the A440 setting gets changed and synth will be off pitch. If the pitch bender causes NO change then the control may have a failure.
As an electrical engineer, I suspect that one end of the resistance element or the voltage supplied to it is broken. This could be a broken circuit trace on a board or failure of the pitch wheel pot. This is iff the device has a center tapped pot. IF IT DOESN"T (schematics are hard to find on this) then the bias setting for the pitch wheel may be wrong. First thing would be to look if the the wheel has slipped on the control shaft.
Here is a link that might help:http://www.m-audio.com/index.php?do=products.directlink If your DAW isn't supported it might have a learn function that might help. Make sure you download the latest update.
Likely you have damaged the pitch bending wheel and offset it.
Try to pull it on pitch with the wheel... IF YOU CAN, then the alignment of the detent of the wheel has been disturbed and unit will need servicing... There are a lot of screws to open this and several very tender cables that can be damaged... I would recommend you take it to a shop experienced on this keyboard.
The manual is at:http://www.korguksupport.co.uk/upload/X50_OpGuide_E1.pdf if you don't have one. Try saving everything you want to save first if you know how to do that. Then initialize the keyboard. Follow the instructions on page 111 carefully. It sounds like you created an undesirable effect and accidently assigned the Pitch Bend Lock function to the effect. This parameter is explained on page 41 under Pitch Wheel Mod Wheel. Hope this helps.
