Hi FixYa Tech Support-
I have a compaq Presario R3000 and I'm receiving choppy, quick pause and starts when I play DVDs..the DVD starts out playing normally for about 5 or 10 mins. then the error above occurs.
Any suggestions/resolutions?
Thanks,
Mark

You may check if the VGA driver or BD/DVD drive firmware is up-to-date from hardware vendors' support page. Then check if this is the problem of your player. You can try a free DVD player to check it. You can try Leawo Blu-ray Player. If you find no choppy issue on another player, maybe you need to update the player program or get a new one.
Kristen Brown nails this 9 years later what champ?
