Our DD603 fisher paykel dishwasher's top drawer fills up with water after running the bottom drawer, but the bottom one doesn't fill up with water when the top one is run.
As the drawers share a common outlet to the kitchen sink drain, it is the drain water from bottom drawer going to top drawer. Can happen if the drain hoses are not following the correct specifications for installation. An air gap kit is available to solve the problems.

Hi and welcome.
Either your hubby forgot to knock the plug out of the dishwasher connection on the new disposal, or he does not have a dual-air gap installed and the hoses to the dishdrawers do not have a high loop to prevent back-siphoning into the drawer...

You need a Air gap kit designed by Fisher and Paykel to address this problem. It is pricey but it is worthy. I used this and very happy with it since no back flow problem from one while other running. Here is a link to order it.http://www.fisherpaykelparts.net/product/WT50/WT50-Dual-Air-Gap-Kit/

SOLVED! Remove the white plastic shield under drawer, look for the small green U-board circuit board near the center. If it's loose, that's the problem because the board has a sensor that detects the rotor spinning and if loose the computer gets confused. Slide the board into place, so one end of U-board is close to center, you can see where it slides in. I took a 1/4" diameter wad of 15min epoxy putty an secured the bottom corner of the board.
