Large brown/black ants

An Anteater is a large four legged animal with a narrow skull and long claws that tears into ant or termite mounds and eats insects.

This needs a pest controller first. Get the bees sorted and then fill the holes with wood filler to stop them getting back in. The sap could be honey???

Defrost thermostat is bad. Defrost element is staying on for too long raising up temperature causing ice to melt.

Where is the large brown one coming from? The large red one comes from your positive terminal on the battery that goes to the large terminal on the starter the green and black go on the other two terminals. The large brown one is a mystery. It could be to power something that was added onto the car that needed a large power source. Has someone put any kind of large speaker system or air ride or something like that? Do you have a load leveling shock absorber system?

In order to rid of ants you have to get them at the source, take your time and follow the trail to see where they are coming from. seal off (with caulking) any cracks you see them coming into. then inspect the perimiter and outside ares of your home for any ant mounds. i suggest you use temprid for the interior, you place the product in the area of the activity and let them take it. It is important that you do not kill the ants while you are trying to let them eat the material, the object is they take what you put out and take it back to the nest, in result killing the colony off. and outside i suggest you use granuals or a product called advance.

OK. I know whats wrong. On your terminal I guess you only connected the Large Brown wire to the number 2 terminal ( Live ) What you have to do is bridge terminal 1 and 2 together. You may need to peel back the heavy copper brown so you can split it evenly and ensure it can reach to terminal 1 and 2 . So what you have then is one cable feeding to both 1 and 2 terminal. If you have the smaller live brown wire just connect that to terminal 2 also. That should fix your problem. I will check back to see if you have any more problems..

Of course it could make a difference. Any contact between an active voltage on a motherboard and the metal of the case will fry the motherboard and possibly the P/S. There are different sizes of standoffs to fit different cases and motherboards. Sometimes if a person doesn't use a sufficient number of standoffs, one corner or another of the motherboard can be inadvertently bent toward the case ground causing a short. Even the raised mounds you speak of need standoffs of some type if the surface of the raised mound encrouches upon a surface of the motherboard that has voltage on it.
