The manual is no help at all with this problem. The scanner has given me many year sof good service though it has been waiting for me to find a solution as to how to get it to work with windows 7. Finally I was successful in my quest and it has been working great for the last 3 months.The manual is no help at all with this problem. Sounds like you are describing the hook. Perhaps the owner's manual would be assistance. We don't know the make/model of your machine so are really unable to help. There are some videos on YouTube that show how to install a shuttle and bobbin case, but machines differ.
If you want to add tension to the bobbin thread you need to adjust the bobbin case screw. This should be done in very small increments, as though the change being made were the seconds on a clock face.
Could be a few things. Absolutely minutely check that the top thread is threaded properly. Otherwise, it could be: Old thread. incorrect thread for the material. wrong size or blunt needle. or incorrect tension on needle I had this problem and I was missing a part of threading even though I have been sewing for years. :)
hi, you can release the magazine by inserting a small flat head screwdriver in the slot and pushing the lever towards the back of the unit, this will release the cd but only if ther is not one stuck in the player as it will remain halfway between the mag and the cdplayer. don't force it to comae out. remember to obviously have the dorr to the player open before you try this.
