Sim card I accidentally put a micro sim in the sim slot and now can't get it out. Any suggestions? Thanks.

this tablet don't use a micro sim card just a micro SD card (memory card)

Certainly not an unheard of event. In fact, so common that if you search for "stuck sim card in (fill in your device brand and maybe model)" you may pull up a video or instructions for your particular device. And you can even search for "sim card stuck in wrong slot." Acuatually, I would not be surprised to find "sim card stuck stuck in ear" for about any conceivable thing that can happen to a sim card has happened. That said, here are some videos:

Your SD slot is for a memory card and putting a sim card into it will not solve anything. Call your mobile carrier and check with them regarding the sim card. Maybe your phone doesn't take a sim card. Go to LG.com and in the search area list LG Optimus user's manual and that should answer your questions. I looked on that web site for my LG user's manual, found it and downloaded it I WOULD LIKE TO MENTION TO THOSE OF US THAT CANNOT FIND A MICRO SIM CARD FOR OUR PHONES UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY +$70.00 ON AMAZON. TAKE YOUR REGULAR SIZED SIM CARD TO A LOCAL CELL PHONE STORE AND ASK THEM IF THEY HAVE A SIM CARD CUTTER. IF THEY DO, THEY WILL PROBABLY CUT YOUR SIM TO A MICRO OR NANO SIM FOR FREE. IT WORKED FOR ME.

The SIM card is usually located under the battery. Do not put it in the micro SD slot.

I have just bought a telstra roamer. It appears to have 2 sim card slots - one for the sim card that comes with the phone; the other slot appears to be for a micro sim card. My question is: Can I use a micro sim card in this phone?

The sim card slot is located under the battery. You have to remove the battery cover and remove the battery to find the sim card slot. Next to it there is a micro sd slot if you want to add extra memory to your phone.

Here is two possibility either you used sim in wrong slot like you have nano sim and you used into micro sim slot or other different slot. or your mobile is sim locked and that is why it not accepting at&t sim. here is how to unlock at&t simcard.
As your att sim working fine with blackberry so sim is fine no issue with sim card. on which mobile you have tried this sim as you have not mentioned your other mobile it is same as blackberry or apple or samsung mobile.

Verizon Wireless still uses the CDMA network. CDMA gets the phone user ID from a programmed chip hardwired to the phone instead of a SIM card.

Because of this, there is room underneath the battery cover, south of the battery on the right side of the compartment for a mini-SD card.

Other carriers such as T-Mobile, Cingular/AT&T DO use SIM cards to store user ID, so there is not room for a memory card.

I do know that the MotoRazr2 V9 from AT&T DOES accept Micro-SD cards.

But if you have a GSM carrier such as T-Mobile or AT&T, the Razr V3 does not have a card slot.
