SOURCE: why do all pages print onto one page when i hit the print button in a multipage document

I guess you are using word. In that case the default driver you use and comes standard with windows is flawed. Download a new one from HP.

SOURCE: Printer prints all pages on one sheet of paper

what application are you printing from? also, can you do a print preview to see if there are more than one page? if that works, then your printer mechanism is not following the driver information from the print queue manager.

SOURCE: laserjet 3015 is printing multiple pages on one sheet

exists special function in driver of the printer which quantifies pages of the document on one signet sheet. Sounds like "Multiple printing" you can manipulate or disactivate this function.

SOURCE: Problem printing multiple pages on one sheet!

The problem is the PCL5 driver.
Replace it with a PCL6 driver.

Apparently, Microsoft issued an update that broke PCL5 drivers.
Perhaps they were trying to save paper. LOL!

How do I clean toner from machine?

Probably it's the jammed paper that might caused the error. I suggest have it serviced by the technician. Be aware of the paper handling capacity of your machine to minimize jamming:

Printed copies have ghost images on them. I have never had this problem before., It looks like the image printed twice - once fine and then faint horizontal lines, sometimes some of the previously printed...

1) try doing a full clean from within the menu on the printer, or within the computer software
2) You need to perform a half test. Put a sheet of paper on the manual feeder and do a config page from the information menu on the printer. When the back edge of the paper enters the printer, quickly open the toner door to stop the printing. Now remove the toner cartridge and look at the image below. If the defect is present, then the toner cartridge is the problem 99% of the time. There is a slight possibility that during the conditioning stage of the print process the drum of the toner is not being fully discharged so when the next stage takes places part of the previous image gets put on the toner cartridge again. Very rare. If the defect is not present then the fuser has an issue.

I have a HP Laserjet 4250 that is printing dirty prints. I have replaced the toner and the fuser unit and cannot correct the problem. I have 2 of these printers and the toner and fuser unit works no...

Try printing from the manual feed tray(tray 1). Put a few sheets of paper in the tray. Print anything that is more than two or three sheets of paper. The paper path test is good, 10 sheets. As the paper gets about halfway into the printer, open the top door. Pull out the toner cartridge. Look down at the paper. If it's dirty it has to be the toner or the transfer roller. If it's clean it could be a dirty paper path or fuser.
Vacuum out the printer, if you have mounds of toner laying in the paper path, everything that comes out of the printer will be dirty.

I'm getting ghost images on multi prints to the point it is unreadable, is this the drum or fuser?

The only way to tell is to start a print and power off when print is still inside. If you see the ghost before the fuser it's the drum, if clean before the fuser, it's the fuser. You can also open the back door and look at the fuser roller with a light, the fuser roller should be clean but if the roller has images it's time for a fuser.

Printing Blank Pages

Try checking the ink cartridges and make sure they have ink in them or it will keep printing blank pages. Then try printing a test page by going to control panel, clicking on printers and faxes and right clicking on your printer and going to properties. Then go all the way down to the bottom of the page and click print test page. It will clean the printer cartridges and align them to print correctly. It should work after that.

Self cleaning and print test sheet

To print a test page, from ready press the go button. There isn't a cleaning page or drum cleaning cycle on Brother printers.

Brothers are notorious for having bad toner and drum issues. They are very finicky about paper quality. What happens is when a lower quality paper is used the higher paper dust and talc gets caught up in the charging brushes of the drum. Brother has no waste sections in their cartridges or drums so the built up junk stays right in the charging brushes and causes the drums to fail. On the toner cartridge side it re-uses it's waste toner adding it back (with the paper dust and talc) into the fresh toner supply area. Eventually the cartridge contaminates itself to the point of causing imaging problems.

Best recommendation after over 13 years fixing printers to you is to use GOOD paper at all times with Brother printers. Brands tend to fluctuate wildly in quality but the most stable brand to look for is a HP (Hewlett Packard) brand paper. They tend to keep the tightest control over paper with their name on it than others I've seen. HP "Office" paper is relatively inexpensive and will save you much more in the long run than buying cheap paper. STAY AWAY FROM STORE BRAND PAPERS OR XEROX 4200.

Hope that helps you.

It is a good idea to unplug the AC adapter also. Do not clean the exterior of the printer with volatile liquids such as thinners, benzine, or any spray-type or chemical cleaners; doing so will damage the surface of the printer. When cleaning the printer, avoid the area near the print head on the BJ cartridge. Do not touch the print head. Ink may leak out and cause stains. Clean the printer regularly to avoid printing problems. Remove any ink mist or paper debris from the interior of the printer using a soft cloth moistened with water. Make sure the green POWER light is on. 2 Press and hold the RESUME button for at least two seconds until the printer beeps twice.
