You can't put songs that you have bought from apple. You can put songs that you have riped from CD's or downloaded. You need a micro SD card. On the phone go into options: Advance Options, Media Card. Turn mass storage mode on. Now plug your BB into the computer and a little window will open up. open the Blackberry folder then music. Drop and drag your music files into that folder. if your going to use the Desktop software go to google and type: Blackberry Desktop Manager 4.5. I don't believe that Limewire will work on BB's.
I use Pandora radio. It is like Sirius radio but it is free and works great on BB's . You can listen to any type of music you like.

I hit the last icon on my BB menu and it turned off my blackberry and I cannot get it to turn back on. I have never turned it off before and not sure how to turn it back on.

just take the battery out of the phone wait 10secs then insert the battery back in and it should work or you could have just turned it on by pressing and holding the red button on the phone's keypad.

Well, I am not sure if it was a solution, but you may wish to ask your IT admin, if they sent the new IT policy to your BB without notifying you in advance. It has happenned to me today, our IT department sent out an admin command to all BB used in the company to set the new PW and the users are not allowed to disable this function, only the BB admin can do so.
In other words: it is a feature, not a bug...
