I have a Asus k551 notebook with two usb3 and one usb2,
when I connect a mouse to the usb2, the light of the mouse is on but the mouse become inactive and doesn't work but with usb3 the mouse works well.
when I connect others usb like flash memory or cool pad to the usb2, these devices work well without any problem except the mouse.
I don't know whether these problem related to the software or hardware, and what should I do?
after I restart, the mouse works well only for few minutes and then it's become inactive(the light is on),after I restart, the mouse works well only for few minutes and then it's become inactive(the light is on),

USB 2 and 3 are the data speed capability of the interface it is possible to connect a USB3 flashdrive into a usb2 socket all that will happen is the files will transfer slower than on a usb3 socket. Hope this was helpful.
buy a new mouse
if your mouse is wireless the battery in it is dead, if yes,
replace the mouse.
if the USB port on the unstated PC is dead try the all.
you spelled Trekstor wrong, this is correct here.
and has many models. none stated by you.
test the mouse on other PCs, see if it is ok
make sure the PC is web connected or PnP will be dead.
Pnp is magical Plug n Play. ok?
try all usb ports. never just 1, and avoid USB 3 ports use USB2 first. USB3 loves to be dead, with missing drivers.
I don't think your computer has USB3, because USB3 came after 2009. But that should not stop you from buying an USB3 hard drive. My computer did not have USB3, and I used USB3 drives, long before a bought a USB3 extension card. You always van connect an USB3 drive to an USB2 computer connector. Ans an USB2 drive to an USB3 computer connector. The slowest part in the chain, will dictate the maximum speed. But even with the USB3 drive, now on your computer, the computer can't use the full speed, but if you buy a new computer, the same drive can be used on a much higher speed.
I did put in a USB3 extension card, but it did not help much. My internal computer buss is slowing things down, so even my USB3 drives, most of the time only reach 35 Mbyte/ second. A speed USB2 could reach too. But connecting my drives to newer computers makes them almost 3 times as fast. And with the file sizes I'm sometimes have to put over, that really makes a difference.
Sorry, I'm not entirely sure by what you mean by "falls over", but I guess devices fail when plugged into it.
Does it fail on just the USB3 ports, or both USB2 and 3?
what sort of devices are you using - low power devices such as mice, or higher power devices like 2.5" USB hard disk enclosures?
To be honest, I'm not familiar with USB3.0... but I assume you will need a driver to run them... perhaps downloading and installing the driver from msi may fix the issue, if its a driver corruption issue?
If it fails with any device in both USB2 and USB3 ports, the cheapest and easiest workaround may be to buy a Expresscard USB card.
your conection is too low
1. if you are using mobile usb remove amd reinstall pc duit and
2. try an all usb plugs usb1 usb2 usb3 usb4
3 . in any one usb your speed 480kbps ..........................JOY......
When you plug in your USB pendrive into your computer and you get a message "This device can perform faster if connected to a high speed USB2 port". This means your computer supports USB1 which is much slower than USB2 and the latest USB3. There may be a BIOS upgrade to configure your computer to support USB2.
Hi there. Get the PS/2 keyboard and go back into the bios, make sure all the USB controllers are set to "enabled", save the changes and exit the bios, the computer will restart and your USB keyboard should now work and you will be able to access the bios using the USB keyboard.
