My daughters pink vtech innotab 3s touch screen seems to be not working, she cant touch anything

try usiing just the charger without the rechargeable batts...if toy turns on with just that then prob maybe eiither the toy itself or you need new rechargeable batts

is there any sound at all coming from the toy? if there"s no sound try pressing the power button down for 30 secs without any powersource...after that place batts back in and try turning it on. if it doesnt work you may want to call their hotline

you can use vtech ac adaptor...

Try to uncheck the checkbox indicating administrative account thay holds up to secure data..

The volume control does not work? I think this one is already defective and needs to be replaced.

have you tried calibrating the screen? You can do this by pressing the Home Button, question mark, and volume up button all at the same time. Turn the toy on without letting go of the other three buttons until you see the Touch Calibration Screen. If this does not help, then I suggest you call Vtech. Are you getting any error message when installing the Learning Lodge?
To delete info on toy go to Settings>>My Name>>type R-E-S-E-T then tap the check mark on top right corner of the screen. Toy will turn off automatically if reset is successful.
