what will it cost to fix your car ? It depends what is wrong with it. Is the engine bogging down? Are the inlet and outlet valves seating properly? Is your unloader valve working properly ? Are your pressure seals worn? All of those things could cause loss of pressure . All are different price to fix
you have to lower the pressure at the lance for the detergent to be drawn into the hose. It works on a venturi principle. on the lance you will have to twist or pull back the end for it to go into low pressure mode.
the easiest way to check it is working is to take out the lance extension , the bit that fits into the trigger on a bayonet fitting. run the machine and see if it then draws in detergent.
If it doesnt draw detergent then look to see if there is a detergent valve fitted to the filter that goes into the bottle and check that it is fully open. sometimes ther is a non return valve fitted into the filter too. it could be that this non return valve has stuck. A poke with a bit of stiff wire should free it off its seat if it is that problem.
if the motor will not turn on ,thers a problem with the current excess switch , which is situated under the main power on of swith hi needs to be replced
I have the same problem. With mine I have to remove the tip that I am using then pull the trigger and then replace the tip and pull and pressure should return. I believe that one of my valves is sticking causing me to reprime the pump frequently. I am trying to clean or replace my valves to fix the problem.
