U need to remove the front motor mount then use a comealong tethered to a tree ratchet it until u get enough room to reach your goal wich is plugs and wires
If is not liquid cooled then u have water in the gas wich is common with being stored where theres condensation.if it is liquid cooled it can be head gasket,cracked head or cylinder....
Did you set the plug gap correctly?Improperly gapped plugs will cause the spark to be to cold or to hot and can cause misfire of the fuel wich would explain the vibration,this could also be caused by the wrong heat range on the plug.Check what spark plugs Volvo reccomends and the gap.
Hi my name is Juan and lets try o fix this some models they don't have a distributor wich is what send the signals to the spark some model they do have what is call coil distrubution is an square box that works with the computer and is not like the distributor that works by the engine mechanical parts this coil disrubutor gets the signal from the computer and sends the signals to the spark plugs at the right time but they do get damages by time so if you have this square box instead of the distributor it is time to replaced they are not expenced but if you have distributor it is timeto change the distributor cup wich is not expenced and an easy job to do also check your spark plugs make sure they are not wet
