The ideaal way is use a high pressure washer with 10 or 20 bar pressure.

HAND VACUUM WILL NOT PICK-UP OR SUCTION POWER IS WEAK 1. Dust cup filter is full. 2. Unit clogged. 3. Dust cup filter needs cleaning. 1. Empty dust cup filter - (see page 4). 2. Turn unit off and unplug from wall outlet. Remove dust cup filter and check for object(s) in air duct and remove. 3. Clean or replace dust cup filter. Try taking the twin filters outside - also take a dustpan brush and tap the filters gently on the bottom, then brush the dust away as it comes out. This can take quite some time, and you will find that LOTS of compacted dust will come out!

you may need to clean the ends of the roller brushes.pull both out pull off the funny looking yellow ends and clean out hair ect.

Push it up and turn clock wise it will fall out in your hand, do reverse putting back

Disassemble and clean the wheel switches.

Try spraying some furniture polish into the release handle. maybe just dust preventing it from opening and the wax and get in there and clean out the dust. Other then that, you will have to just keep working it until it opens.
