Not understood the question ? did you mean the software to be reinstalled? What is the requirement.?
If fault in phone for software issues reinstall with original software from Nokia care.

You would face this problem if you have Installed the Nokia Community application which has Twitter and Facebook integrated in it, after logging in to Facebook or Twitter it keeps prompting for Connection typ to be selected.

This is up to your network operator. Your Nokia 5800 has a firmware version and product code that will indicate its a T Mobile phone

Once they have approved v31 then that upgrade will be available to you.

You can try to hack and change the product code - but that invalidates any warranties etc etc
