First choose your printer model, choose your operating system and then download your hp psc1410 driver.

My scanner did not work with the all in one printer 1410v hp. I was able to do it by going into paint and scan my pictures from there.

Try to copy a document from your printer. If it works Click here and follow instructions to resolve the issue.

try to uninstall all existing printer driver on your computer and install a new compatible one ^_^...and restart your computer...

if still you can't scan..

try to scan the document..using printer panel to computer..

Hi,
The all in one solution software you used in XP doen't work with Vista.

But you can still scan and copy by using Windows Photo Gallery.

1. Click on files tab at the top in Window Photo Gallery.
2. Click on import from camera or scanner.
3. Highlight your scanner icon (ie HP 1410v) then click import.
4. New scan window will popup, now you can preview or scan using this basic looking Vista utility.

You have either a driver error created by spyware or operating changes. Check your drivers, and run antispyware, and virus checks. Also, try uninstalling and reinstalling printer.
