Have a Maestro Series' 10 stacker CD player fitted as standard to my 2002 Monaro that is displaying E-99 when I try to play CDs. Have tried disconnecting the battery and re-entering the PIN with no success.

Try these steps. but first make sure you have the radio pin number and the cd cassette has no discs in it and is placed into the stacker.
Remove the fuse to the radio and wait 30 seconds, then replace the fuse.
The radio will look for the pin number, enter the 4 digit number by using the numbers on the radio.
Then place a disc into the cd cassette, then select cd on the radio and you should now be listening to your music you have selected.
Good luck

E-99 with eurovox stackers is often caused by either faulty switches, or the spindle motor chuck has come loose. Try the above solution reset, if that doesn't work find a eurovox or sony repair agent and they should be able to sort it.
