Nokia 6233 Keypad NOT WORKING!!!

I think you key pad device damage or may be software problem. So first of all checking device good Nokia engineer. If your mobile keypad then change keypad or used touch mobile then device problem.

Changing of keypad is the only way because keypad tracks are in horizontally and vertically.

It might be that your keypad ic or chip has been damaged.

Buy a new phone if you realy want to fix that on you will need a new keypad it cost alot to fix maybe more then the phone itself but if you really like it you should fix it.To me its not worth fixing

Like the keyboards there could be all number of reasons. Surf the net and ebay get yourself a replacement keypad, some do buy one get one free, the tool to undo the tiny four screw and replace it, unless you are under warranty or insured against loss or damage, if so then claim. Good luck

my 6233 was dropped in a puddle, was dried out but now the numbers, *, and # keys dont work. does anyone know where i can get a new keypad internal part?

good morning ! the problem of your 6233 nokia is keypad main brain or keypad crystal ic ,,,,try to clean the keypad mainbrain or replace the keypad ic ! thanks ! good luck ! ......

may b ur phone hangs because memory card of ur phone is full and numbers of data in there in ur phone.let it boot up completely...have patience....or else restore ur handset somehow.
