Cant select and options from the menu. no enter buttom

Power the unit off (holding power buttom) and selecting Power off, then simultaneously hold the "back" button and on button for about 8 seconds. When the android icon appears, press back buttom, in the menu select wipe data/factory reset pressing the home buttom and then press the back buttom, in the next screen select "yes delete all user data" pressing back buttom, and in the next screen select "reboot system now" with the back buttom and wait.

When the Dell logo appears, press several times to open the Advanced Boot Options menu.
Use the Arrow keys to select Repair Your Computer and then press Enter.
On the System Recovery Options menu, select a keyboard layout and click Next.
To access the recovery options, log in as an administrator and click OK to open the Dell Factory Image Restore menu.
Depending on your configuration, you may need to select Dell Factory Tools and then Dell Factory Image Restore.
Click Next to open the Confirm Data Deletion menu.
Select the Yes, reformat hard drive and restore system software to factory condition check box and click Next.

Open the yahoo website .. http://www.yahoo.com
Once opened click on the Tools option on the Menu bar.
and then On Internet option from the list.

Once u get the internet options on a popup window then under the General tab click on use current.
Then click on apply on the buttom ringht and then on OK.

Goto your address book, click on the contact you wish to add a custom ringtone to. Press the menu key to select "edit contact." Once you are in the edit mode, click the menu button again and select "add custom ringtone. You can click the present ringtone to bring up the browse slection. From there you can find your bluetoothed ringtone.

Dial- *#3646633# in the home screen, u will see engineer mode select5th option 'Misc' then 6th option 'Assert Testing' now your phone willrestart, now u can able to enter menu go to settings & select 'Dualsim open' mode.
