About 5 weeks ago, my 12-year-old Dremel that had been really beaten up decided to stop running. It just stopped. I decided that that I'd just buy a new one.
I went to a store and bought a new Dremel 300. I used it for a few weeks and it stopped working. I had just thrown the receipt out a few days earlier, but the store was kind enough to exchange it for a new one.
After 2 days, the second new Dremel 300 stopped working. What is going on here? My original Dremel goes for 12 years and these things can't last a month or a week?
What is the likely cause of this failure? Since I don't have a receipt, what do I do with this item?
My dremel 200 series stopped working. Not very old, but it did get hot before it stopped. Can a simple man fix it ?
