Could be a bad front facing camera some times HTC phones will do a flipped shot of the rear camera when the front facing one is bad. Had a couple EVO 4Gs that did this same thing replaced the front camera and worked perfectly. The replacement front camera is relatively cheap and installation is half way easy if you have some electronics experiance.

SOURCE: My HTC EVO 3d front

Once you open camera , go to settings within camera > and there is an option to do overlap .
Also install mirror app from the market . check whether the camera is showing up correctly there ..
Do a factory reset if the above doesnt work .

Selfie on iPad works, can not take a regular picture how to fixit?

At the bottom right corner, when you have the camera on, is a picture of a camera with some arrows. Click that and it will go to front facing camera so you can take regular pictures. To take selfies just click that camera pic again. Hope this helps.

I have bought the Sony SNC-RZ25 camera and my picture is upside down. I thought it was supposed to flip the right way by it self is there something i can do besides mount the camera from the ceiling

The camera was designed to be mounted on the ceiling. Access the camera and open up the settings you are going to want to find a screen like this:

The highlighted area is the selection you will need to enable to flip the picture 180

The laptop has a built in camera. My picture is inverted. How do I fix this problem

hi lilly, i am happy to assist you, just follow the steps.

To check the Webcam issue, go to http://www.cameroid.com/ and see if your picture is upside down.

If your picture is upside down, then that means that a setting for your webcam could be wrong. (You might find your webcam control software either under Control Panel, or in "All Programs" under the manufacturer's folder.) To fix this, launch your webacm configuration program and click Properties, look around the program [the option MAY be hidden in an ADVANCED tab,] and make sure that there isn't some option checked that says something like "flip video".

If your picture **ISN'T** upside down (from Cameroid.com,) then that means your camera is working properly, and that your VIDEO PLAYER is flipping the video on playback. Launch your video player, and click Properties. Look for a "Flip Video"-like entry and make sure it is turned off.

I got cryptic answer regarding the problem that the picture on the monitor on my camcroder GZ-HM400 is upside down.

There is a switch within the camera that controls the orientation of the LCD image. When the screen is flipped upside down, the switch is supposed to tell the camera to flip the image upside down as well. If this switch is damaged, the camcorder gets the wrong signal and the image will be displayed upside down. This can usually be repaired fairly inexpensively. However, it's not a user serviceable problem and will need to be repaired by a qualified service technician.

My name is Rick and I'm a professional repair technician with over 20 years in the business and have repaired many of these. I'm semi retired and work from home with little overhead so I can keep repair costs low. If you decide to have the camera repaired, please click HERE for a directory listing that suits your needs.

If this response has been of any help to you, please be sure and give a positive vote for me on FixYa.com .

Camera

If you're looking at the face of the phone, there will be volume adjustment buttons on the left-hand side. While using the camera, try pushing those buttons to get the picture back to the way you want it. The top button (volume up) will flip it upside-down or right-side-up. And the bottom button (volume down) will do a mirror image effect.
