Can not find my pin number to enter a movie on MGO

I think this will work. First log into your Amazon account. Then go here

Then click on the "Edit purchase PIN & Payment settings" button, scroll down to "Your Purchase Pin" You should be able to see your old pin, if not just make one.


PS. The Amazon pin is the 5-Digit pin you enter to buy or rent movies in the Amazon channel. If you are talking about the 4-digit pin you enter so you can add channels in the channel store in the Roku. Go here and log into your Roku account.

Click on the Parental Control and you should see your pin, and change it if you want, or disable or enable that feature.

Ok, when you go to enter the pin number, click "I Forgot" twice. After that, you'll see some random numbers. Write it down or something. Remember that number. Then, go to this website: http://wii.marcansoft.com/parental.psp Enter the number in the Confirmation Number box. Then, enter the date in the second box. Click Get Reset Code. Remember that number. Then, when you go to enter the pin number, enter the number the website gave you. The rest is self-explanatory.

Page 61 of the manual shows how to bypass the pin if the pin number is forgotten with the remote, however you need the factory remote as a universal won't work. If you knew the pin number a universal remote would work to enter the numbers, but i'm guessing that you don't know the pin number in this case and there is no other way to reset it without having the original remote. These monitors were made for commercial use and have a pin lock to protect the settings in from being tampered with in a commercial installation.
