I don't mean to be smart. but the best option for you is to go buy a new remote from wal-mart. As this remote sounds like it is an off brand remote and you will most likely never find the instructions for it.
You will need to find the brand of unit you are trying to use the Universal remote on then get out your instructions for your universal remote look for the code of your product. Don't have the Instructions Go to Walmart and Buy a New remote for 10 bucks..........
Hi, I don't know what TV you are using this remote for but if you still have access to the owners manual, it should include programing instructions for this remote if it is the one that came with your TV. If you don't have the TV manual, you should be able to search on Google and download it off the internet.
Cheapest alternative to purchase a "new" remote key fob is on eBay. Search for "remote key fob, 2004 Trailblazer". Check and/or inquire about programing instructions.
