do you by chance have a cell phone threw a company you recently canceled? That's what it sounds like if so contact that carrier or try typing help into the message and sending it. To see where to go.
Please try to check the SMS network configuration settings of your phone through your Service Provider. They need to reconfigure your account to activate this feature on the phone. If this seems to be fine, then try the following: 1) Go to your outbox and cancel sending the message. It should have an X on it or something.2) Take out your battery without turning it off first. 3) Remove your SIM card and put your battery back in. 4) Boot your phone back up without the SIM card. 5) After it boots all the way up, remove the battery again without turning your phone off. 6) Put your SIM card and battery back in and turn your phone back on. 7) Go to your outbox and delete your canceled message(dont try sending it again).
Hi, when a phones message does not open,it might be due to message is too large. You will have to reset the pone to get the message off the phone. It's freezing the phone.
Hi, Have you ck'd the general delivery mailbox 100 sometimes a phone is set to light the vm light on your own box and gen del mbox. Also there is a send message feature which sends a text from another station. Ck to see if your display has any message indication you can ck and maybe call back the station that sent it to cancel. Good luck and let me know if this helps.
its usually because your phone crashed when you were sending a text. If you delete the whole of your inbox, there should be one message that says delete failed, you need to cancel sending the message, then move it to drafts you might have to turn your phone off in between this process, then try to delete it from your drafts, it should say delete failed, so turn your phone off and on again, then you should be able to delete it out of your drafts and you then shoulde be able to send messages
I switched off my phone and took out my battery and simcard and put them back in. Then I turned on my phone and waited 15 minutes. After that I could send txts again, hope it works for you!
