once attached to computer open file "my computer" attach an mp3 file to each drive. disconnect hipstreet. re-attach hipstreet once again. once again open "my computer". by clicking on each drive seperately you with see the "drive" with the mp3 file on it. this is the drive which hipstreet is linked to. note: when you wish to remove all songs, leave one track remaining such that you won't have this problem again!
HI The same thing has happened me except i cant get onto my phone wat so eva. If its o2 try ringing them ... C an you block your pin becus if thats possible then you can get yur PUK code. and it will open no bother.
