Do they work on any other wifi networks? If you haven't tried this try this first of all. If it works on other networks but not your own then call your internet service provider. Try to connect other devices to your network - If non-Apple devices connect then your wifi security settings might need to be upgraded.
If they are working on other networks:
Try to turn on airplane mode by going into Settings > Airplane Mode. Leave it on for at least 10 seconds.
If that doesn't work try to reset your network settings. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Still not working? Next try a restore to factory settings. First, back up all your information. I recommend a backup through iTunes as well as making sure your pictures/contacts have another backup. If this is a software issue you won't be able to restore your iPhone from a backup, it will bring the glitch back. Plug it into a computer with the newest form of iTunes - click on the restore iPhone button. When you test out the phone, do not restore from backup. If the problem is still there you have a hardware issue.
Apple stores and the Apple help line can run a diagnostic to see if you have a wifi hardware issue too. If you have a hardware issue you can get them to fix it (free if it's in warranty) or try to take it apart and replace the parts yourself. This does void the warranty.
