My sharp freez not cool - Sharp SJPT640RS Top Freezer Refrigerator

please increase the temperature in the fridge portion of your fridge as it sounds like you've set that compartments temperature too low.

Checked Damper which is fitted in ref compartment.

Change Original Defrost Time and checked.

See if Sharp's customer service still walks customers through what is called an INIT or factory reset. 800-BE-SHARP. Make the television do what it does when it freezes up and then call. You might just need to scrap the television because if you need another main board the part alone will cost around $600.

Checked Freezer Fan is working. Also checked defrost Fuse in freezer.
To checked freezer fan is working or not open freezer door press Door Switch and checked Cold air is coming from duct or not.

If you have a HD antenna hooked up to it and it has a low signal it will freeze up allot

Unit may be freezing up if blowing ice crystals. Let thaw 24hrs try again. Make sure condensation drain line is cleaned out.

The power of the set seems to stabilise after the set is put on and then only triggers. So to confirm on this remove the back cover and heat up the power section, the controller section, the processing stages, till the set power up then confirm once again to allow it to cool, use a freeze-it spray to enhance the cooling. Once you pin point use a soldering iron to heat the speciific component to confirm, then replace. It can be even dry soldering , if so do a touch up job . Do it carefully without bridging any circuit. Good day

try using the menu, and turn off the 'demo' mode ... this by default has a freeze setting .... hope that works

I agree with everything that they are saying.
Most tv companies under design the cooling needs of the flat panel TVs. I had to fix a few TVs this way that had similar problems. Mostly with the picture on TVs freezing up because of the poor cooling design for the motherboard processor. I would give their solution a try before replacing circuit boards.
