There are numbers on the unit but it doesn't power on the belt doesn't turn on or the incline doesn't work no sounds at all

1) Lube the deck belt, in according with the instruction manual.
2) Lube the rollers bearing, with the i. manual
3) Test the input voltage motor, if there are the motor need repair
4) Test the output voltage board, for input voltage motor, if there are Not the board is faulty. God bless you

If you have another phone connect it to the wall outlet to see if you get a dial tone. This will indicate if your base unit is faulty.
Check the power adapter to the base unit, make sure it is getting mains power.
If the base unit has dual phone lines and if line 1 is only connected and the line 2 has beed selected then you cannot get a dial tone. In the chase press the line 1 to get a dial tone.
If your base unit has only one line then check the phone line at the wall socket make sure it is plugged in tight, also check the the connection at the base unit.
If this does not work then ring the phone company and get the to test your phone line, you may have a faulty line to your home.

Contact the seller for help or send it back if it's only a month old, it must be under warranty.

Clock motor has gone bad.
I have no source or part number for the clock motor.

You say clock doesn't work.

Do you have timer with analog dial?
Does dial rotate as time passes?
Does dial keep good time?
Have you put the black and red trippers in place?
Are trippers push all the way down?
Have you set current time by rotating clock dial 2 full turns before rotating dial to current time?

you need to check voltage going to the motors. no power ,the contoller board is not working. check the connections on the boardmake sure they are in all the way,also the power connections

It sounds like the compatibility dial may be set on the wrong setting. On the base, on the left side, if you're facing it, you will see a dial numbered 1-4. Try turning the dial one number at a time during a call and see if that fixes the clicking. If that doesn't fix it, you might need to do a reset on the unit (CS70 Reset Instructions). Last, you may need to replace the headset. There are replacement headsets available that are refurbished, or whole units that are refurbished with a one year warranty.

Start your unit without any body on it, then increase incline and see if the unit shuts down if it does not then the first thing I would do is lubricate the deck if no maintenance has ever been done on the unit refer to your owners for the procedure. After lubricating the deck proceed with normal operation of the unit. If this do not take care of the problem you may have a worn belt and deck thus causing too much power to be draw thus shutting it down.
