What is the correct gap for plug bp8h-n 10 for a mariner 125 hp outboard motor

you should be using multi discharge point plugs in out board motors -not regular car engine plugs and the gap is preset on them
the reason being , with multi point discharge they are less likely to foul from oil and carbon build up
available from any good auto parts shop or marine shop

The gap is 0.030
Pretty-much the gap for most of the motors in evinrude line-up during that era.

The spark plug gap depends from the engine make/model, not from the spark plug type.
Usually all engines will run with a gap between 0.7 and 1.00mm

perma gap plug BUWH but also depends what age the motor is ??

marine spark plugs are of the anti foul type so it will have 2 or 3 or no side electrodes ( earth point) and this is to prevent fouling of the plug across the gap. They are available from most car spares shops but you can get them from the outboard shop . The reach ( length of thread is very important) and you can get a range from cold plugs to hot plugs depending on the age of you motor and how much fuel or oil you use . Talk to the marine dealer for exacting advice.
