Hi M AMJAD, I want to help you with your question, but I need more information from you. Can you please add details in the comment box? Did you mean C26554 if so that is the EPROM on the control board. Have you recently replaced it if so the old board has the chip on it and that chip needs to go on the new board. Carries critical data serial number electronic meter count info.

C - 2651 Cyan imaging unit EEPROM acces error
C - 2652 Magenta imaging unit EEPROM acces error
C - 2653 Yellow imaging unit EEPROM acces error
C - 2654 Black imaging unit EEPROM acces error.
Clean the connection between the imaging unit and the machine if dirty.Reinstall imaging unit or change imaging unit.
Try reset:
Turn OFF the copier.
Press and keep pressed the Utility key and turn ON the copier.
Keep pressed the Utility key when the Trouble resest message is displayed.
Release the Utility key and touch the message and turn OFF the copier.Wait 1 minutes and turn ON.
