I accidentally just realized that I recycled the instructions for setting up the new Crane penguin humidifier that I just received through Amazon. Is there any way that I can find those instructions online??
I have lost the instructions and don't remember if the filter sits in the tray with the water or if the filter goes all the way to the back of the machine and stays dry except for dipping the filter in water at the start.

How crazy is it that crane does not have a website with instructions there? All I can find online are a bunch of posts from people who could not get their humidifier to work as well. Can someone send me a link to the get instructions?

You can use vinegar, or bleach. Wipe out the bottom with a damp cloth with the bleach or vinegar solution.
