My player is full and I can't figure out how to delete the songs on there? Could you help? I am not very good with computers and would need a step by step process if it is complicated? Thank you!

Deleting Files,Pictures,etc from MP3 Player
Hook up your mp3 player to your computer
Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer"
When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there.
Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on "Open" and now your files/songs should be visible.
Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want, release, right click and then click on "Delete"
Now you mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want.
Be careful and do not delete files needed to operate your MP3 player.
Good Luck,
I hope this helps
Please rate me,
Thank You
It seems that the songs you are downloading in your MP3 player are not compatible with your MP3 player. check the compatibility in the manual of your MP3 player. check the format of songs before downloading.
check wether you use media player 10 or 11. If you have 11 remove all traces of it and either rollback or re-install 10. You will have to reboot your laptop once you have put media player 10 on.
In case you have a problem to connect your Samsung YP-U2J Mp3 player, you should update Firmware to get it working. The new Firmware may be downloaded from Samsung.com.
Remove Mp3 player if you already connected to the USB port
Run the program (You should see something like: Please connect the device)
Hold down the Play button and connect the Mp3 Player to USB port
(Hold down the play button while you connect the device, you should see
a message (normally after 8 seconds) like: Initializing on YP-U2J Updater program screen)
After you hear the Windows chime "new device found" or the message
"Initializing" on YP-U2J Updater, you can now remove your hand from
play button.
Check the Format Data Area checkbox (By clicking the yes button, you will lose all of your data in your Mp3 player)
Click the "yes" button
Finally, click on the Start button (takes less than a minute). DO NOT REMOVE YOUR DEVICE
IMPORTANT: After updating the firmware, you MUST
disconnect the Mp3 player and turn it on. You will see a 20% message
for about 50 seconds and it will be restarted automatically.
Update: Please
keep in mind that if you sync your Mp3 player with a computer that has
a Windows Media Player 9 or 10, you should do these steps again
Hold Down The M (Menu button) Scroll down to settings, select play mode. Exit out of he menu, press the user button until the squiggly cross with the A appears. Whalaaa you're in shuffle Mode. I hope this was a detailed solution.
