This is what's called a Service Call, meaning the machine has experienced a problem that it doesn't think an end-user can support.
According to the manual: "Push the Go switch and the Job Cancel switch at the same time during the service call and hold them. And then push the 2 key additionally to show the service call type by LED combination."
Which I'm assuming means press and hold the two buttons, then press them both again. The combination of the LEDs tells you where the problem is:
RED Status +: Toner LED = Fuser (Fixing Unit) Drum LED = Laser Paper LED = Main Motor
YELLOW Status +: Toner LED = Main PCB Drum LED = Engine PCB Paper LED = DIMM
All of which are expensive parts and also expensive repair.
SUD means a detection of suds in the machine. These machines are very sensitive to over sudsing. Try adding just plain water or bleach to break down the suds level. They say to use 1/4 of the detergent you would use in an older machine.
If you see "Sud" or "Sd" with the Rinse status light on, the washer is in the process of removing suds. Let the cycle finish
If you see "Sud" or "Sd" and the Cycle Complete light is on, the washer
detected too many suds during the cycle and your load may not be fully
rinsed or water may not be fully removed. You may want to select a
Rinse/Spin cycle for further rinsing.

Are you sure your phone line has a dial tone? Check that.
But 01 one means the machine is not connecting to the other after dialing the number. That does not mean you have a dial tone on the line.
Lemmor, without being rude it sounds like you know nothing about this machine at all.
The printer version of this machine has 5 lights in total. 4 of them refer to the toner carts (flashing means toner low, on solid means run out) the other light (the status light) can mean many things. The most common problem people overlook with red status light is that the waste toner bottle is full and needs replacing. It can mean lots of other things depending what colour it is and whether it is flashing or not. These can all be found in the user manual, or if the status monitor has been installed (usb connection) it should show on the PC screen. With a network install, you can browse to the machine using it's IP address to see the error message.
