Are there any fault codes? if so check your manual. Is the speed setting turned down low?. The click is the brake releasing so that's ok. Motor brushes may need attention.

This would indicate the plastic front cover either over the front wheel or the tiller.

It could be a battery connection, or maybe your key switch?
Or a connection problem between batteries and the motor controller
or the free wheel switch is on.

flashing light indicates bad intergrated circut board.

Hi. Sounds like a loose connection, either on the battery terminals, or on the battery lead connectors.
When your machine suddenly stops, does the battery gauge also turn off?
Can also be caused by a worn or stuck motor brush.
If none of these ideas help, can you give us a better description of what goes wrong?

Open up the front shroud (unhook batteries first) and switch the wires going to the throttle pod, its just 2 thin wires and if they were switched already you will probably be able to switch them back. The throttle pod is what the thumb throttle lever is hooked up to.
