Please turn off your machine and raise the presser-foot and needle bar. Then, you can turn on your machine again.
If that does not work, please test another design for your machine to see if the error occurs again. If not, you might need to recheck the programming that you've used for the first design.
I don't believe there is a text wrap function on this model. You will have to stitch your first line and then start a new design and layout to be positioned where you want it. You can trial to make sure it is placed properly.
In the owner's manual, there should be a troubleshooting section that explains error codes. Or you can try contacting the support department of your machine's manufacturer.
So many of the built in fonts and designs in these embroidery machines aren't easily manipulated. Computer digitizing software is what you want to use to get the spacing and layout correct.

On the alphabet screen, there is a dash or line symbol that represents a space. You might consider having a " DIgitizer" digitize the poem for you. Then you can sew it as a single design vs the limited fonts and layout capabilities.
Get software such as Embird Design to do it and then export the .PES file and transfer to the machine. Unfortunately the low end machines do not have this capability.
If you have the machine connected to the computer you can delete the embroidery from your machine, Artlink software is for this machine to write designs or read designs from your machine.
It is just one design of a menu full of designs, is that right? Try re-loading the design from your software and maybe a re-format of the floppy before writing to disk.
