this could mean the scooter is not in drive try the free wheel lever first.

try some wd40 and free the lever.

The park brake has got stuck, the brake needs to come off and be stripped down and cleaned, this will sort it.

Princess try the freewheel lever make sure its in the drive mode and turn the scooter back on Hope this helps
