If you means wireless connectivity I recommend you to use the Windows default to connect wireless,because we don't know the wireless configuration of your router or wireless signal provider.

First of all, the wireless thing for the Xbox is a waste of money, when i had mine, it would always lose connectivity. Anyway make sure the device is not next to anything that gives off frequencies as that may cause the connectivity issue (microwaves etc....)

I cant solve your trouble based on what you are telling me ... but I would make the phone company fix it if I were you. If they cant accomodate the paying customer, there is always the cable company as an alternative.

if u have a wireless butten click that and it should find wi-fi all by its self and if you still cant get connection contace your modem provider

Hi,

This method will hard reset the wireless drivers back to default settings, but before you perform this remove power from the modem and router for 2 minutes reconnect power and wait another 2 minutes for them to settle down.

Right click "computer" select "manage" and then "device manager", a list will populate, then click on the + sign next to "network adapters" and right click on the wireless adapter and "uninstall" the device, reboot the PC and wait for windows to detect the wireless card and install the drivers for it, this will appear in the system tray (bottom right hand side) when its done try to connect again.

use the lan connection to get online, then once prob clears you should be all set, otherwise back up your data and a fresh install always does the trick
