Can't find how to change the date or time

You chose a Time Zone setting when you first set up your Kindle Fire. Your Kindle Fire uses the date and time setting to display the time in the Status bar, and also to work with other apps, such as a third-party calendar, for example. If you tap Date and Time in Settings, you see four options:

Won't open app to let me watch movies so I tried changing dates to a year ago then asked to trust developer and then reset date and again asked it to trust the developer and tried again to open app. Up it just won't verify on this new iPad Air which is the opeiginal model a replacement. scroll down to DATE AND TIME
select your TIMEZONE
