My email account wont let me access my count i have tried Calling and they keep handing upon me and i cant access it by phone because it has my old phone numbers Help Please!!!!!!!!!!!

Depends what is email in question....
You can get back your email account If you have mobile number connected to your email account or secondary email attached to it or security questions that you remember .
If you have none of above try submitting request form for email account .
Calling 1800 number will not get you live person on the other side ...

What you should do is try to get access to your old account by security questions or even getting in contact with yahoo via email or calling them to resolve the problem. Then there should be something called 2 step verification on yahoo if not make a password at least 10 characters long and at least 2 numbers it may be ling but it is harder for hackers to decode the shorter the password the easier. Anyway 2 step verifacation is where you need to enter your password and another form of acces like a phone call from yahoo with a 6 digit code or a security key to access the account it is pretty much a second password but not one you have to remember because it is differnt every time and it is the best way to keep your account secure on top of the long password it also helps to do monthly security checks and if something is wrong or doesnt seem right report to yahoo and they should take care of it also change or update all information like phone numbers, security questions, ones nobody really knows.

Gmail can be a pain in the but hardly ever use it as its not to user friendly I think had to take about an hour working the system over. Email gmail support give them ur email tell them ur old email, they will ask well what passwords have u used all that blah blah blah then they will email you saying they recovered and hook u up that way

Which email service? What happens if you sign out of the old account? Can you then sign in on the new one?

contact verizon by calling 611 from your device. as long as you can verify your account they should be able to provide the password and or reset it for you.
