Digidoor ii wall console does not open the garage door

To program a new wall console for your Digidoor 3 to the receiver, follow these steps:

1. Connect the receiver to a power source and turn it on.
2. Press and hold the "Learn" button on the receiver for 5 seconds. The LED light on the receiver should start flashing.
3. Press and hold the "Learn" button on the new wall console for 5 seconds. The LED light on the wall console should start flashing.
4. Release the "Learn" buttons on both the receiver and the wall console.
5. Press and hold the "Open" button on the wall console for 5 seconds. The LED light on the wall console should stop flashing and the LED light on the receiver should start flashing.
6. Release the "Open" button on the wall console. The LED light on the receiver should stop flashing, indicating that the wall console has been successfully programmed to the receiver.

If the above steps do not work, you may need to reset the receiver and try the programming process again. To reset the receiver, unplug it from the power source and wait for 30 seconds before plugging it back in and repeating the programming process. Your first problem is you bought a digidoor garage door opener. But check their website, or call the manufacture. You will either be able to download the manual or have to buy a one directly.

The child safety interlock is not set right. The transmitter and receiver are placed at the bottom of each side of the door. If the transmitter/receiver are not aligned correctly, the door will not close.
Line up the transmitter till the light on the receiver lights up.

First thing to check is the power. If this is on, then the only answer is that your green wire linking console button to the motor has a break in it. I found my break at the motor connection - after time this had been bent and weakened and had snapped. I snipped end of green wire (motor side), cut away plastic and reconnected to motor connection with two arrows up and down, and wa la! Try it.

You are receiving interference from the digi door. You will have to return this unit and go with a different one on a different frequency. Chamberlain makes a clicker that would work well with that unit. Thanks BB
