Upper arm of HJA 8362 keeps falling off. Could there be a part missing/broken?

yes - the clip that holds the arm on is probably broken off or weak. Order a new spray arm and spray arm support tube - a new wash basket will probably come with these parts on - but check first as some don't.

Middle wash arm and top wash arm not turning. Water comes out of two outside holes on middle wash arm....

Is it filling with enough water? If not sure dump another gallon of water in there once it stopped filling. If still not working I would take the pump apart and check for excessive blockage anywhere or broken chopper. If everything looks good then you probably need a new motor with impeller.

My plastic drum seal on my Whirlpool duet front-loading washer is chipping apart. The drum doesn't run true, is wobbly and has a rhythmic rub when turning. How do I replace the drum seal? Model GHW9100LW.

You have more serious problem than just your drum seal. The support arms in the wash tub are broken. The wash tub should always spin true. When it wobbles it is a sure sign that the suport arms or spider arms are broken. It is an expensive repair since the wash drum, the outer plastic tub and the door seal need to be replaced. Check your warranty, to see if some of these repairs can be covered. Get a few estimates before deciding whether to repair or replace it. Sorry.

Bosch SHU 8805 upper arm is getting no water.

replace the upper water arm conduit and wash arm hub as they leak under years of pressure and the o-rings leak water and then it can't hold pressure and supply the upper arm with full pressure water, also replace the center arm conduit if it has one as this will wear out too

High pitch electrical sound and silver spray bar under bottom dish rack doesn't appear to be rotating on wash cycle; also 2 inch round washer under where arm screws in disk has broken, could this be it?

i would replace the lower wash arm hub and mounting components and check the silver arm for debris plugging the wash water spray holes while its off to replace the hub

Upper basket spray does not rotate

check the wash water conduit located on the back wall of the wash cavity from the base up to the center arm if so equipped, then up to the top arm, otherwise the arm itself could be plugged or the spray arm hub could be bad check and make sure arm rotates easily, then remove and make sure there isnt food matter plugging the spray arm holes

Upper tray dishes are not cleaned(washed) the bottom are OK, why?

replace the washer water from bottom of the unit up to the top arm water feed assy, they get worn and water leaks by the hub arm that pressurizes the upper wash arm, this is also true on the center arm if the washer has one

The dish washer is taking ages to wash and it not clean ing dishes well

ok so If your dishwasher has worked fine in the past but, suddenly, your dishes aren't clean after the dishwasher completes all cycles:
1) Check your water heater's temperature dial to be sure it hasn't been changed recently.
2) Be sure dishes haven't prevented the detergent dispenser from opening properly during the wash cycles or kept the spray arms from turning, the lower arm from rising, or the spray from reaching the upper rack's dishes.
3) During the wash cycle, listen to the spray arm spinning inside. If it seems to be spinning poorly, clean out the spray holes in the spray arm(s) with a stiff piece of wire; wait for the machine to cool, and then remove the spray arm(s) by unscrewing the hub cap and lifting the arm(s) off
