Hi, my name is Shaun. Welcome to FixYa. I have been an electrician for 6 years, and I have to say that your troubleshooting skills are impressive. Looks like you have covered all the bases. So, to answwer your question, the problem is most likely, yes, your reciever in the fan, unless the transmitter has been dropped or damaged in some way. Recievers rely on transitors to close the higher voltage circuits to turn on the lights and fan, and these tend to burn out occasionally. I believe you can buy wireless kits from Home Depot or Lowes that include both transmitter and reciever. In the meantime, you can rewire your fan and light to operate from the switch if you have pullchains or seperate switches for light/fan. If you do and you would like me to walk you through this process, reply to this answer. Hope this helps out. Have a good one!

I have a shure UT4 reciever, what microphone that will work for that type of reciever? my was lost, thanks

Only a UT transmitter will work with that receiver. The transmitter must be on the exact same frequency as the receiver. Shure discontinued the UT series several years ago, so it will not be easy to find one.

Ranger 6900f-25 has no output

either the transmitter is grossly out of alignment or one or more of the new parts are already defective.
power = voltage X current. it's usually what happens when someone attempts to repair a piece of equipment like this by "swapping parts" while not in posession of the necessary test equipment and technical expertise.

Galaxy 95T

check SWR's check to make sure ALL coax connectors are tight. and if still doing it. may be loose connection in board. but the export style radios go crazy like that when coax is loose or have bad grounds. due to there floating ground circuit design. there not the same as a cobra were its case is ground.

There should be a button on both the headset and the reciever. Y ou must hold them in intel they beep or start flashing.
Start with the transmitter first then headset. It may take a little playing around but you should be able to figure it out.

Doorbell frequencies.

Check the reciever (ringer) as well, it will have to be set to match what you do to the transmitter (the doorbell button)
