Electric Bosch hand held orbital sander belt not rotating properly

My guess is that your sander got gunk in the belt and other rotating parts and you are either burning up the belt, or (hopefully not) the motor windings. Rick

Craftsman 3x21 plastic front roller needs replacing

Do you know anyone with a metal lathe or that works in a machine shop? If you do ask them if they can make the rollers for you out of metal. Or else find a machine shop and ask them to make you new rollers.
