I have Westinghouse ETL-ES-TurboSwirl-MN-WH09 ceiling fan and when I attempted to change the light bulb the glass globe shattered so I am looking for glass globe replacement. What is the part number and what is proper model number for my fan? The manual reads "ETL-ES-TurboSwirl-MN-WH09" but I do see this on http://www.westinghouselighting.com site

maybe a bad remote module in the fan

My fan has no screws. You simply twist and tug the globe (firmly but easily) and find that it is held on by three "tension clips" that hold the thing in place.
If you are nervous, have someone else get on the other side of the ladder and hold the fan steady while you twist/tug the globe with two hands.
I did it by myself but I would have liked another pair of hands holding the fan steady while I gently but firmly tugged at the globe.
