yes you can track stolen phone with IMEI number contact your service provider which you used in your stolen phone.

You can contact your Service provider and ask them if they can trianglulate the location of the phone for you. This would also depend in the model of the phone about how close they would be able to get you. Im not sure if they will do this for you, but it is worth a shot. There are a few websites out there that you can register the IMEI # with and track the phone, but you need the phone in hand to confirm via text before tracking.

I recomend with your next phone to down load a tracking app so if your phone is lost or stolen you will be able to locate it, lock it, or remotely disable and wipe the contents of the phone rendering it useless.
