Go to settings, support, software update. Make sure that your TV is connected to the internet. There may be a check box for automatic updates, check this for future. Then check update version. The pop up which follows will allow your tv to download and update the firmware. You should be able to install Netflix. ( Also in settings, options, make sure your service country setting is set to your cointry to USA

Usually the firmware is installed by your provider. You cannot physically install TV Box firmware because it is a product of the company that manufactured the device. The box must be taken to your service provider for you to update or flash the Bios.
