What fuse ? Regular mini fuse ? Just pull it out with the fuse puller tool located in the fuse box compartment . Replace with same number fuse . 5,10 , 20 , 25 etc.. what ever it is . How To Safely Change Blown Fuse

in windows power settings, you ajust the time the monitor runs and shuts down one setting is do you want the monitor to stop after 5,10 or so mins you answer never that will cure the shut down

Replaing the lamp will fix this problem most of the time.If not count the blinks. This is an error code.

replace the LCD theres a posibilty of it being foulty , the IC on the lcd is damaged and please check the lcd socket on the MB .

Sounds to me like it is only configured for one bill type, in diagnostics is a menu choice called "learn bills" to teach it the bill types ie. type 1, type 2 and type 3 etc. but you'd need the advanced diagnostic access disk or usb to go there.
